A representative of LF 4th brigade Lt. Col. Goran Stankovic was awarded a Special Scroll for the Noblest Deed of the Year at the Belgrade City Hall today. The panel of judges with our distinguished writer Matija Beckovic as the Presiding Judge stated in its explanation for this decision that the members of this unit deserved this scroll because of their humane and professional approach to the local citizens regardless of their national or religious identity.
The command of Vranje garrison and the Civil-Military Cooperation Office of 4th brigade continue the campaign of providing free medical assistance and water supply in remote villages of Presevo and Bujanovac municipalities.
The members of Air Force Command, 250th Air Force missile unit, 126th Air Testing Center and 210th air force signal battalion joined the humanitarian campaign “ Donate Blood-Make Your and Someone Else’s Day” initiated by B92 TV channel and the Institute for Transfusion at Republica Square thus helping the institute to have enough supplies of this precious liquid.

The Gaeeeison Command and the Civil-Military Cooperation Office in Vranje started the campaign of providing free medical service to the local communities in Presevo and Bujanovac municipalities. The municipality governments supported the initiative while the local community, both Serbs and Albanians, welcomed the medical teams, which visited the villages of Ilince, Medjare and Gramada.
The blood donation campaign-Make your and someone else’s day, which the Blood Transfusion Institute of Serbia and B92 initiated on 28 May at Republica Square, was yesterday supported by
SAF GS members.
